What kind of payment do you accept?
 

Jump and Play Rentals accepts Cash or Check.

Deposit

We do require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total booking to reserve each Inflatable for your party.  All deposits must be received within 5 business days of ordering to guarantee your date and Inflatable reserved.  Upon delivery you will be given an invoice and final payment must be paid in full prior to equipment set up.  This deposit is subtracted from your total balance due upon delivery.  All deposits are non-refundable; however, it may be used towards a future Inflatable within one year of the original scheduled rental date.  

Cancellation
 

You can call and cancel your Inflatable at any time; however, your deposit is non-refundable.  You can choose to use your deposit towards another Inflatable if you wish to reschedule for a different day for up to one year.
