Read Carefully Before Entering Site
By renting an Inflatable
from Jump and Play Rentals, the Renter must agree to
sign a waiver releasing Jump and Play Rentals and its
officers, employees and agents from any injuries
occurred during the use of the Inflatable Unit.
The
Renter and their guests shall have the full
responsibility of the Jump and Play Rentals Inflatable
Units operation, including, but not limited to,
supervision of the participants in the Inflatable Unit.
Jump and Play Rentals and its officers, employees and
agents shall not be responsible for any injuries
occurred during the use of the Inflatable Unit. The
Renter and their guests further agree to hold Jump and
Play Rentals and its officers, employees and agents free
and harmless against any injury or claim, the Renter and
their guests shall indemnify and hold harmless Jump and
Play Rentals and its officers, employees and agents from
and against any costs incurred due to claims arising out
of or in connection with the use and safe return of the
inflatable Units.
